TL:DR
October marked a huge milestone with the launch of NetVRk’s Alpha, giving the community an immersive first look at our metaverse. We’ve loved seeing the positive feedback, meeting users in-world, and hearing firsthand how everyone’s experiencing this new digital realm.
Beyond that, we’re thrilled to introduce Silk, our AI, in the upcoming Alpha update later this month, adding a new interactive layer to the experience. On the blockchain side, we’re enhancing staking rewards and fine-tuning asset integration. In this devlog, we’ve also highlighted some of the amazing contributions from the #NetVRkAlphaChallenge, showcasing your creativity as we continue building NetVRk together.
Studio Update
Last month we joined two exciting X Spaces sessions to connect with the community and share more about our vision! If you missed them, you can listen in on our chat with @iheartdomains here and our appearance on @KillerWhalesTV here.
We’re also excited to share our newly updated roadmap, which includes key milestones and development goals through 2025. A major highlight is the Alpha release of our Creation Engine, set for Q1 2025, which will let users build and create in ways not yet seen in any metaverse. Internally, it’s been a blast testing early aspects of the Creation Engine, and it’s clear that we’re on track to bring something exceptional to our community. Check out the full roadmap here.
And a huge shoutout to our CEO Mike, who presented at a tokenization event in Las Vegas. His pitch generated intense interest and positioned NetVRk as one of the most compelling projects at the event, bringing us additional momentum as we push forward. This level of enthusiasm only reinforces our belief that we’re building something truly special.
Development Update
October was a defining month as the team dedicated countless hours to prepare for Alpha’s debut—a massive milestone for us. Server stability, user experience, and immersive visuals were our primary focus, and seeing the first wave of users jump in, explore, and share initial feedback has been incredible. For those encountering login issues, installing Unreal Engine may temporarily resolve the “Fatal Error” while we finalize an update, which we aim to release within the week.
We’re also excited to announce that in the upcoming Alpha release this month, you’ll meet Silk, our advanced AI designed to elevate your experience with dynamic, real-time interactions. Silk will bring a new level of immersion to the metaverse, making the experience richer and more engaging.
Beyond the technical developments, we’re also laser-focused on Alpha Phases 2 and 3 and the eventual ramp-up of a full-scale marketing push. Once the crypto market is ready, we’ll be diving in with the kind of high-impact campaigns that are set to establish NetVRk as a leader in the gaming narrative. This strategic build-up will let us capitalize on the momentum when the timing is right, making sure our message reaches the broadest possible audience.
AI Update
Our AI team has been dedicated to bringing Silk to life in a way that will make her an unforgettable part of your NetVRk journey. As you engage with Silk in the metaverse, you’ll experience a depth of interaction and conversation that makes the world feel more alive. Silk’s integration will set NetVRk apart from other virtual spaces by offering a unique, advanced AI interaction that we know will redefine immersion. This feature will be live with the November update, and we can’t wait for you to experience the new dynamics she’ll bring to the metaverse.
Blockchain Update
Our blockchain team has been hard at work enhancing our staking contract, integrating it with the NetVRk Reserve Reward system to elevate the reward potential for our users. With smart contract updates now live, staking on Ethereum and Polygon is seamless and user-friendly. Additionally, the team has addressed integration issues with blockchain assets in the metaverse, ensuring a smoother experience and reinforcing the connection between blockchain functionality and in-game rewards.
These efforts are focused on creating an experience that not only excites but also rewards users for being part of our journey.
