Q: How many people are working at NetVRk?
A: We have around 20 full-time employees, but we regularly collaborate with contractors and external agencies to enhance our capabilities. Like many gaming studios, we adjust the number of developers as needed for different phases of development. In addition to development, we work with specialized marketing agencies and other partners to cover all aspects of NetVRk’s growth. While our core team is around 20 people, the number of individuals working for or with NetVRk is much higher due to our collaborations with these external experts.
Q: Does the partnership with Epic Games just mean that the NetVRk metaverse will be available via the Epic Games Store or is there an actual partnership? If it is a partnership, what are the advantages/plans/key strategic goals with Epic Games?
A: We’re thrilled to announce that NetVRk will be listed on the Epic Games Store, bringing our immersive metaverse experience to millions of new players. While it’s not a formal partnership like the ones we’ll soon reveal with other crypto projects, we’re in active communication with Epic Games to explore win-win opportunities for both sides. This listing marks a pivotal moment in our mission to connect with a global audience and push the boundaries of the AI driven Metaverse.
Q: What direct impact will the latest partnership with Epic Games have on accessibility? Will there be a significant increase in the number of allowable players, at one time? And lastly, will this partnership reduce the financial barrier associated with entry?
A: With NetVRk becoming available on the Epic Games Store, we’re expanding our reach, especially to the web2 audience. While this doesn’t directly affect the number of players that can be online in the same instance, we are actively working on scaling this as we continue to grow. Regarding the financial barrier, the base experience in the NetVRk metaverse will always be free to access.
